A little like something a sensible child probably should not put in their mouth. Naturally, you wanted to taste it immediately.
You were given a spoon and scooped up a little of the pulp. First came the tropical sweetness. A moment later, a gentle tartness appeared, making the flavor even juicier and more vibrant. We used a fragrance concentration of 30% to capture the character of passion fruit as faithfully as possible and allow it to linger on the skin for as long as possible.
